Rev. Alisia Michelle Harrell was born in New Orleans, LA. She is the oldest of seven children. She moved to California when she was 7 years old. As a child she lived in both California and San Antonio, Texas. It was in San Antonio where she met and fell in love with her husband, Minard Harrell III of 33 years. She is the mother of five children. She and her husband moved to Stockton, CA in 1999. She became a member of Hilliard Chapel in 2001. It is there where she raised her children and grew closer to the Lord. She served as the Superintendent as the Buds of promise for many years. Later she became the leader of the youth department. She graduated nursing school in 2010 from San Joaquin Delta College. In 2014 she received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University. In 2022 she received her master’s in divinity at Regent University. Alisia preached her trial sermon at Hilliard Chapel in 2019. She was ordained a Deacon in 2021. In 2023 she was ordained an Elder in the life of the church. She serves at her local church along side her Pastors and other ministers.
