Millicent M Belser born in Birmingham,Alabama and raised in Southern California and now residing in Sacramento, CA. She is part of a sibling tribe of 17. She began her journey and faith walk as a young girl in Southern California, singing in the choir, serving as a youth usher, youth ministry and embarking in outreach ministry feeding the unsheltered in Los Angeles with her grandmother. Although being raised in the church and in the belief of Christ, her journey and calling into ministry truly started in spiritual leadership of 2019 with her trial sermon was submitted at Peculiar Children of God as a local preacher.
Millicent pursued her education in the health field graduating with honors as a Certified Nurses Assistance in 1991 and Behavioral Health in 2015 at American River College. Furthering her career in nursing as a LVN at Sierra College in Rocklin CA in 1996. In 2018, She completed her chaplaincy at Pacific Northwest Seminary in Sacramento, CA. Millicent remains in studies at Pacific Northwest Seminary in completing her Doctrine in Spiritual Counseling, as well as Conference Studies within the Western Episcopal District.
Millicent serves as the Pastor of Strategic Planning at Hilliard Church in Stockton, California, while accepting the positions of Christian Education Assistant Director, Spiritual Chair on Women's Home Missions and Oversees, and Spiritual Coordinator of the California Conference. She is a devoted mother to eight amazing children and grandmother to 10.5 future leaders.
